The outstanding balance must be settled via EFT when the puppy is five weeks of age prior to the collection .
Cash payments are not accepted under any circumstances.
Deposits will be refunded in full only under exceptional circumstances, such as if the puppy is diagnosed with a life-threatening condition like a heart murmur and we are unable to provide a replacement puppy. To process a refund, the customer must provide a veterinarian's and specialist's report confirming the diagnosis. Randvaal Kennels is committed to breeding healthy and beautiful puppies, and we prioritize the well-being of our animals over any sale of unhealthy puppies.In the event that the mentioned issue arises, please understand that it is not intentional on our part. We are more than willing to provide assistance under reasonable terms and with mutual respect between both parties.
Any other reasons will not be considered valid if the new owners fail to take the puppy for a basic health check within 48 hours of collection or do not communicate with us regarding the puppy's health condition. Randvaal Jack Russell Breeders retains the right to decline sales to individuals who are not fit or capable of responsibly caring for a puppy in all aspects.

Randvaal Kennels are legally obligated to keep puppies until they reach 9 weeks of age before delivering them via domestic flights.As well the 2nd vaccination will be carried out by us and charged to the new owner.
Randvaal kennels is legally obligated to keep puppies until they reach 10/11 weeks of age before delivering them via international flights.
Owners can collect their puppies from 6/8 weeks of age.
Anytime period longer than 6 weeks will incur an additional charge of R150 per day for kennelling costs, unless arrangements have been made in writing.
The collection date for the litter will be communicated one week in advance, and all parties involved will be informed accordingly. In the event that the provided collection date is not suitable for any reason, we kindly request notification at least 48 hours prior, allowing us to arrange a new and suitable date. Kenneling costs will be charged per extra day
If your balance is not paid upon request you are in Breach and you will loose your deposit payment, booking and puppy will be sold to the next person interested in a puppy, a no refund policy will apply.If the puppy is not collected on time and a new collection time has not been arranged with us in writing your animal will be sold.
Additional deliveries will be charged at R6.84 per k/m.

We would like to emphasize that each puppy from Randvaal Kennels is a living being, and as such, we reserve the right to request additional payments toward puppy balances at any time without dispute. Additionally, we may ask for partial or additional payments from clients who have booked puppies from the same litter. Disputes or disagreements regarding additional payments will no longer be accepted, as we provide a valid reason for such requests.
The reason for additional payments is due to our practice of deworming and treating parasites in puppies aged 3-4 weeks, which incurs increased medication costs. It is mandatory for each client to contribute towards their puppy's treatment, and this policy is non-negotiable.
If a client refuses to contribute, the puppy will not undergo treatment, and we will then reassess whether the client prioritizes the health of their puppy. Subsequently, we will determine if the client is a suitable puppy owner, and if not, the puppy will be revoked from the client immediately."
At Randvaal Kennels, we understand that purchasing a new puppy entails a lifetime commitment. It is expected that the full price of the puppy be budgeted and allocated before joining our waiting list. Excuses such as 'I didn't budget for it' will not be accepted moving forward."
